You would need to use the "High/Low for Time Period" study and reference the TPO POC for the Low. Set the Input for "Display High/Low Incrementally" to "Yes". Refer to the following: High/Low for Time Period Then you would test the current bar against the previous bar for that subgraph, and if the current bar is lower, then you have a new low in the POC for that time period.
