Make sure that you have setup everything properly within your Sierra Chart by going through the Setup Instructions for Teton starting at Step #7 at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you still have the issue, then the problem would be with IronBeam. You would need to ensure that your account is still active with them and it is still setup for the Teton Order Routing (or they need to change it).
