What we need to see is a Footprint chart from when you are in replay where it is showing the zeros in the footprints, and then an image from a "live mode" chart (not in replay) that shows the exact same time period for which you took the image from the replay. In other words, if you are running the replay and the displayed date and times are from July 12, 2023 08:08 to 08:17, then we need to see an image of your "live mode" (not replay) chart from July 12, 2023 08:08 to 08:17 (or as close as you can get, it does not need to be perfect, but the times do need to overlap.
