We are not able to reproduce this. If you do not mind, can you change your "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data - All Services" and open a new chart/chartbook for the TSLA_MBO symbol and see if this same problem occurs. Close are your chartbooks first before making this change so you do not have to deal with changing any symbols. Then change the service settings and open a new chart. You can then close that chart (if you do not save it, then you do not need to worry about a chartbook associated with it), and change your service back to IB and then re-open your Chartbooks.
