I have the same issue with the Footprint and tried all steps in the above link but I couldnt resolve the issue. The weird thing is that the footprint is working fine when in Real-Time mode. This issue only seems to happen when I replay the chart. The footprint also shows a different price and candles compared to the candlestick chart. Deleting and downloading didnt fix it. Any other tips?
