Do you have a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" setup for this chart? If not, then be sure to do so, as Interactive Brokers is not going to recognize the symbol TSLA_MBO. You would need to have your primary symbol as TSLA_MBO and then enter the proper Interactive Brokers stock symbol in the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and also enable the option for "Use As Trade Only Symbol".
