You set your "Current Selected Service" to "Interactive Brokers". While on a trial you are not able to connect to external services. Therefore, when you try to connect to Interactive Brokers, it is failing and then everything else stops working from there. Please change the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data - All Services". Select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". After this, you will be fine.
