I use SC Data that was verified via IB at the beginning of the month. Since update my full system is slow and my charts are not displaying live data anymore. I have deleted the intraday files and reloaded them via the root where they are stored. I try to switch data feeds and it will not allow me too. I have restarted the app in safe mode and removed all studies that I do not use as well as deleting all drawings from all charts, however the new version of Sierra still freezes as not responding with no live data in the ES Futures mkts. It will not allow me to switch data feeds and CPU utilization is very high that causes the program to stop responding. The message log for the chartbook says "Performing a full recalculation because it has been tagged" for the chartbook that it is opening. Are you aware of this issue and if so, please let me know how to get past it so that I can so that my charts can work properly again. I updated the app as the message log said that I needed to in order to continue to receive live data for the futures mkt. Thank you. |
