We are not seeing any inconsistency. We believe that what you are viewing in the Chart Header is the Bar Change Percent and not the Daily Change %. In the Chart Header the Daily Change % is prefaced with "DChg%", whereas the bar change is just "Chg%". On the Quote Board there is only the Daily Change. In both cases for us, we see zeros, which makes sense for an Index, as they are not going to give this information.
