I had real time and historical exchange data, but the error I get on Sierra Charts when I look at $INX, $NYA, $IUXX, or $DOW is that these symbols are no longer valid and it says something about the symbols being wrong as if they have changed the symbols, which has happened on certain symbols in SC a few months back. So I thought that these symbols had changed. If I understand your answer, they have not changed. You wrote that I need to turn on real time exchange data and historical data, but I clearly have that now in futures with Rithmic. I have had that for months and could see these symbols just fine until recently. Maybe we are dealing with a semantics issue here--the meaning of words. I have real time data with futures. I have real time tick data from the NY, the SP, and the DOW. But how do I get my real time back for $INX, $NYA, $IUXX, or $DOW? Please explain in very clear and precise steps without missing a step that you assume I know, because I don't know what you know. I'm a simple man. Thank you.
