Thanks. Yes, that is stable in Safe Mode -- although now when running it again in normal mode, it has not crashed again when switching from Sim/Live (have tried it several times). I do have a custom studies DLL from a third party running. I see in my files that the .DLL file was updated today when I opened SC (versus another copy of SC I have on my computer that I haven't yet used today, where the same .DLL file is dated June 30 2023.) From the Safe Mode docs page, perhaps then it is the custom study DLL that is causing issues? I can contact the developer to advise. But in any case, it hasn't crashed again and I've switched from Live/SIM about 8 or 9 times since it was happening several hours ago. |
