We have done both of these ourselves and they work just fine. With regards to your scrolling one bar at a time, does the chart not move at all? or is it moving by more than one bar? Another option for scrolling one bar at a time is to select the arrows on either side of the scroll bar at the bottom (if the scroll bar is not present, then select "Chart >> Show Scrollbar" and make sure there is a checkmark next to this to have it show) and click on the arrow for the direction you want to move one time. It will move by 1 bar. -- With regards to the Candlestick Hollow, try selecting the option from within "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Graph Draw Type".
