The problem is that you are not using the correct symbol for when you are connected to the "Trading Evaluator". With the Trading Evaluator the ES symbol is ESU23. Therefore, if you want to use the Custom Calculated Symbol when you are connected to the Trading Evaluator, you would have to set it up as {ESU23} - {SPX500}. And if you change your service, you will need to have the appropriate Custom Symbol setup for the service you change to. Right now, the one you have setup would be fine when you are connected to "SC Data - All Services".
