Hello, I am trying to use my paper account on IB to trade. I entered a trade and the order appeared on the chart but there was no profit/loss. The trade shows up on IB trade log as cancelled. I reached out to IB and they said the error is not on their side. I know IB is not a favorite of SC but I ask please help me find a solution. I have copied the SC Message Log, Trade Service Log, and my chat transcript with IB below.
