hi sierra suport stuf i have a problem with my account/ working with Apex i have opend a support request to Apex: apex-69072 all the historical data downloded the connection is green but the trade dont run, nothing is mooving. but that was ther answer Unfortunately we do not provide direct support and troubleshooting for Sierra Chart. You may need to reach out to their support or their community of traders to see what they have done to connect. Your rithimc connection is active and able to connect on Rtrader Pro: what can i do? |
