There is no data for the July 2013 futures contract for copper, currently the month trading with the highest volume for that product. I have typed in the correct symbol format, HG-201307-NYMEX for Interactive Brokers, and I am getting data for other months in copper. I do get historical data for copper July but not live data. In IB's platform Trader Workstation, I am getting live data for copper July. I have the latest version of Sierra Chart, 969.
