Refer to Step #3 of the following: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Enabling Display of Orders and Trade Position, and Configuration of Orders and Trade Position Display With regards to the symbol, if you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", then the other chart needs to have its symbol set to the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" or needs to have the same setup as the trading chart with the main symbol and Trade and Current Quote Symbol set the same.
