Hello Sierra Chart, I have a few questions about the Cycles, Gann Fan and Line tools. I have referred to the online documentation before opening this ticket. 1) Cycles Tool: when using this tool, the vertical lines are appearing but the cycles/arcs aren’t. I’m not seeing the cycles/arcs similar to the screenshots on the Cycles documentation page (Chart Drawing Tools: Cycle)? 2) Gann Fan Tool: when using this tool, the lines are appearing on other charts (“Copy Chart Drawings From Charts”), however, if the “From Chart Setting” (Gann Fan Properties > Options > Value Increment Per Bar Set From: > From Chart Setting) is enabled, the lines no longer display on other charts? 3) Gann Fan Tool: the “Extend” option is functioning on an intermittent basis. Sometimes the lines will extend even when the “Extend” option is not ticked. This often occurs if the Gann Fan “Second Point” is drawn relatively close to current price action, for example, within 100 bars or so? 4) Line Tool: is it possible to rotate an existing line that has been drawn (not using either the “Flip Vertical” or “Use Fixed Angle” options) while preserving the length? Also, when copying and moving a line (“Copy And Move Drawing”), is it possible to “snap” the line to a OHLC without changing the points? On a side note, in the past you have provided an hourly rate of $37, $40, etc., for custom development. Do you still offer this option for small requests? Thank you. |
