I just started an Apex account but have decided to cancel it and switch to a different Evaluation prop firm. Can you permanently remove APEX-73102-01 from my Trading window? I tried deleting myself by following the steps in the attached document. However, when I got to the step where I select Trade Account monitor then highlight the account and select Manage tab, it will not allow me to select any options in this tab they are all grayed out.
