We are not seeing an issue when adding the Simple Moving Average with Flex Renko set to "49-48-1". How many days worth of data do you have loaded? Keep in mind the "Length" of the study is the number of bars and it will not show anything until there are at least the number of bars in the chart as the length of the study. That is, if you have less than 200 bars in the chart, you will not see the SMA for a length of 200.
