When you filled out the "CME Non-Professional Certification" you answered the question of "Certified as Non-Professional" as "No". This means that you are a Professional, so we take you at your word, and we have your account marked as a "Professional" for the CME Group's requirement. In order to get this changed you need to redo both agreements on the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements And be sure to answer "Yes" to the question of "Certified as Non-Professional".
