You need to analyze what has happened through the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity This sounds like just a typical Interactive Brokers TWS issue among many. Find out what has happened. It sounds like the problem that is explained here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero If the position existed only temporarily and then cleared, the Trade Activity Log will indicate that. What compatibility issues?: Last upgrade I was a nightmare of compatiblity issues
Does not make sense to us. You are not updating from a very old version from years ago. So there should be no issue.
