My account says "professional" after I correctly filled out all required documents as "NON-PROFESSIONAL" - I see in the support boards that other people had the same problem and you had to manually fix it. Please fix my account. I assume after you fix this I have to make a Payment to cover the non-professional data feed? I was under the assumption that if I had Service Package 12 - real-time data is already included with this? If not- then OK I will make a Non-Professional Data Payment according to your instructions...whatever those instructions may be. I did execute CME MNQ trades using keyboard trade entry to test and it worked. However - Charts are delayed and I already paid a $59 fee |
