Everything on your account looks good, so there is not an issue in this respect.

The one thing we think may be related is that the only exchange you have active is the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts". This gives you access to the instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group). Therefore, if you are trying to view data for an instrument that is traded on the NYMEX, COMEX, or CBOT, you will not get that data in real-time (depending on your settings, you may not get the data at all).

If you are having an issue with an item on the CME, then go through the following section to see if you changed a setting that caused a change in your Market Depth:
