I am having the same issue - I subscribed, but there doesnt appear to be a mapping between the IB symbols and your service setup.
Also, just connecting to the SC Exchange doesnt give me any ideas on how to enter the name of the stock - what is the format? The Sierra Chart US equities data feed does work with Interactive Brokers. Open a chart for MSFT . You just use the standard stock symbols. You should see a chart with [M] after the symbol.
