No that is not true, you lost the connection to Rithmic. Not the Denali Data Feed. The connection is to Rithmic. The Denali Data Feed is fully unrelated. A lost connection to the Denali Data Feed does not break the Rithmic connection. It simply cannot. There is more to the issue of missing fills with Rithmic than you are aware of and we will simply not get into it. Honestly we do not want Rithmic customer business: Firstly that is a lovely way to go on with your customers, you seem to forget that you wouldn't have a business if we weren't paying subscriptions.
Our business will do just fine without you. We simply do not want business from Apex customers. Yes this will be just fine with us: I will be forced to cancel my subscription as I can't go forward with messed up trading statistics and there clearly is no fix to this.
