Firstly that is a lovely way to go on with your customers, you seem to forget that you wouldn't have a business if we weren't paying subscriptions.

It was my denali data that lost connection. It disconnected mid trade, non of my other software lost connection. Rithmic has no control over how your software operates and you don't offer your routing service with apex funded trader or else we could choose this. I will be forced to cancel my subscription as I can't go forward with messed up trading statistics and there clearly is no fix to this. I have read and tried everything in your instructions with no luck
