. I feel I am wasting my time as I am paying for a system that isn't functioning correctly.
You are welcome not to renew Sierra Chart. The problem is on the Rithmic side and we have no control over that at all. This is why we recommend our own order routing and simulation services which maintain order fill history on the servers, and it is easily retrievable to avoid this problem to begin with.What is not functioning correctly, is Rithmic. Please do not put Rithmic issues and limitations on us. We do not provide assistance, like you are looking for. That particular fill is missing and there is nothing you can do about it. It is not something we can help with. You need to ensure Sierra Chart is always connected, and adjust the Start Date-Time in the Trade Activity Log to the beginning of a position and after any missing fills.
