Hey John,

hope you had a good weekend.

I finally got my ironbeam account to connect to sierra chart via the teton order routing connection. I also have succesfully activated and paid for a data service package (also elected to use the denali data feed option for CME contracts). But when loading a pre-built chartbook no data is coming through I checked off all CME agreements and set up the connection in the global data settings dropdown. I feel I am so close but unsure what the message log is saying. What do you recommend I do next?
