Hi John, Hope all is well! I see there was an update made , and now my software is completely gone. Unsure what happened. So i tried reinstalling this AM and it wont allow me (error log attached). Any idea what is going on here. (im also using parallels) thanks Jo |

We really do not know and we can not say what may have occurred. Especially when using Parallels, or any other emulator, as we do not have enough experience with these to be able to help. We have definitely seen the kind of issue you are having with the path in the installer, as there is something about the emulator that is causing an issue with the path. The solution is to use the Zip installer instead.
