Hi, I been troubleshooting this issue all day following the steps on your support forums with no success, so I’m reaching out for your help. The issue I am having is the following: I am subscribed to Sierra Charts Package 11. When I select “SC all services” on the list of data/trade services I get delayed data for symbol MESU23. I need live data not delayed data. If I connect to my CQG account on Sierra Chart that I created on AMP Global Clearing, the charts for MESU23 do not load at all. On sierra chart I clicked on Edit> Translate symbols to current services and I am still NOT getting charts to load up. I attached a screenshot of the message I am getting when trying to load the charts while using my CQG connection. I want to be able to get live data for intraday trading on MESU23 and be able to live trade on Sierra chart using my AMP global clearing account. Please help, what should I do?
