Thanks! It was a data issue. After removing charts from my chartbook, it loaded and I can trade on Rithmic and it affects my APEX prop accounts now.

I did get the trade allocator to work... for future folks who might read this thread.

Click the small M in the Trade Window... Settings, Order Allocation... then select the account at the top pull down and click ADD. That adds it to the bottom section. Click yes to allocate trades.
