Dear Support agent, I have a subscription to SC all Data Services and I trade mostly stocks But to get Real Time futures data I thought I needed an live futures account, so I opened one up with AMP futures using Rithmic data and I just received my confirmed sign on and signed the agreements and funded it. But I cannot connect to my live trading account... I get an error message Rithmic DTC log on error received from server : permission denied 1. I set it to Rithmic Direct - DTA trading 2. I set server to Rithmic Papper trading Chicago Area - Aggregate I put in my user id and password for the 3 sections but still get this error. How do I sign into my live account the trade desk at AMP futures says the backend is set up and the help desk said they did there part and I should contact SC to advise me how to connect.
