This does not make sense. These studies work very reliably and it does not make sense why you would have a problem frequently. You should have no problem at all. Most likely there is some misunderstanding of what you are seeing and/or about the Input settings you have set.

We have insufficient information to help with this. We do not see an image of the chart and we do not know what settings you are using and we do not know what data is in the chart.

You need to provide an image of the chart and it must only contain 1 single study you are having difficulty and no others. Otherwise, we cannot help.

Once again, the chart must contain only one study.

Tell us what the Input settings for the study are.

We also need to know the Session Times you have set in Chart >>Chart Settings.
