Hi. I'm trying to set up Teton order routing at AMP Futures, however when I try to verify Sierra Account Name / Username I get this message: Failed to verify Unable to Verify Sierra Account Name / Username – Common Reasons: AMP Portal email address and Sierra email address are not the same. The Sierra Account Name / Username provided is not linked to the AMP Portal email address. The email I use for both is the same. I contacted AMP and they said I need to contact Sierra support. Thank you. |
