Look for them in Manage Chart Drawings Window: Chart Drawing Tools: Manage Chart Drawings And at the top of that window be sure to select All Symbols and not a specific symbol. Once you add a drawing to a chart, it will remain unless you delete it. There really is no other possibility. Also do make sure to save the Chartbook when you close it.
