Dear support, I cannot access the TPO Volume profile. I receive a message saying that the plan I choose doesn't not allow me to view the profile. Could you please tell me if I need a better Plan, and if yes, which one ? I have also noticed that I cannot SIM trade. Is this due to the plan I am currently having? Thanks a lot. Regards William. |
