To get the proper quality and tick by tick data you need to activate the US Equities Consolidated Tape exchange here and complete the agreements: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#USEquities You also need to update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update Once all of that is done: Restart Sierra Chart Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
