When you link the Studies, it is all the studies. There is not a way to just have some studies linked (or one). You might want to use the Study Collection instead, this way when you change one study, you would save that study as a Study Collection and then apply it to the other charts. It's not as nice as the linking, but will make things a bit easier than doing each one by one.
