Are you not seeing the data in the DOM, or are you not able to view anything when you use the Market Depth Historical Graph? If you are not seeing the data in the DOM, then the first thing is to select "File >> Market Depth Window" and tell us the numbers in parentheses at the very bottom of the window next to the word "Total" for the Bid Price and Ask Price columns (this is the number of Market Depth levels available).
