As long as you are on one of the "Integrated" packages, then you can connect to Rithmic. The Integrated Packages are Packages 10, 11, and 12. For more information on the packages, refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages -- To change your package follow the instructions in the quoted section of post #20. Basically, it amounts to select the link and then select the Package and amount of time from the pulldown menu at that link (you will see all the packages with options for 1, 3, and 6 months). Right now, you are on Package 10 for 3 months, so it is easiest to select Package 11 for 3 months. Then select the "Update/Set" button next to the menu. When you make this change, we do not charge or refund anything. Rather, we adjust your remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price and the amount of time left. Therefore, when you change to a more expensive package, your remaining Usage time will go down.
