With regards to the charts and the way they are displayed, it is because the charts are "Detached" from the main window. If you want them to show up within the main window either one at a time, or tiled within the window itself, then go to each chart and select "Window >> Attach Chart Window". If you do not have the menu bar at the top of each window, then follow the information at the following link to get the menu back and then select the option: Chart Menu: Show Menu (Chart menu) -- With regards to the TPO profile, open the chartbook and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This sets the symbols for the charts to what you need based on your currently select "Service". Hopefully this will resolve the issue. -- The only chartbook we see attached to this thread is the "Trader Joe CL.cht" chartbook. Please attach the other one and we will convert it for you.
