Are you having an issue with the installer or the software itself? From your first post, it sounded like the installer was the issue, but we are having a problem getting the logs from the installer when you select "Send Log to Support", they are not coming to us. So we would need for you to tell us what the error is that you are getting. If it is something else, then please let us know what the problem is.
