Good morning, John. Since I live in Italy, I get an early start. These are from a class I took in 2020 by a brilliant veteran Sierra Chart user, NYSE floor trader, double engineer, etc. Point is, they were not developed by some hack. I deleted everything, installed SC 2363 and downloaded the charts again. They downloaded as Adobe Acrobat Document files, not as .Cht files as they did in the class, each with a ES.backup2092.Cht. I assume that means v2092. When I try to install v2092 I get this message: "Maximum number of retries encountered. Refer to log Download cancelled. Press "install" to retry"" The Log Message is "Incorrect URL when getting files list to download". Perhaps of interest: the Adobe files are the same size as the .Cht files shown in the Class video instructions. So it it seems they have the content, just not in the right format. Can Adobe files be modified to .Cht files? Thank you. |
