The rejection states specifically: "Missing Futures Trading Account Information".

The CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional. Therefore, when completing the agreement, you need to supply the information for that trading account, or we can not set your account as a Non-Professional.
