This is not a problem with Sierra Chart. It is simply a case of a massive amount of historical data that has to be downloaded especially if you have set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit 1 Tick, and have slow Internet connectivity. To solve the problem, refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Improving Historical Intraday Data Downloading Performance We recommend setting the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 2 Seconds at a minimum.
