Recently I find that when you open up SierraCharts after not having done so for a long time... or when you open up chartbooks on a fresh install of Sierra Chart.... the intraday charts get stuck on Downloading Continuous Contract Data.... I leave the program open for many hours sometimes it will load some times it wont.... See the attached log. I didn't notice this problem a year ago when I was using Sierra... but in the last 5 months... it's been a real problem. I've also attached my chartbookgroup for further investigation.
