You actually are not receiving any real time CME data at this time in any installation of Sierra Chart. What you are actually seeing is delayed data and no data when using Rithmic. You need to activate the exchange that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed This will solve the problem completely for you. After that, in the Rithmic installation: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
