Jumping "To Next Time Increment" does not move the chart forward by the amount set. Rather, it jumps to the next time interval that you have set. For example, with a 3 minute interval, it is going to jump to the next time that is evenly divisible by 3, such as 5:03, 5:06, 5:09, etc. This should work. If it is not working properly for you, then let us know. Additionally, the other charts that you have set to replay should do the same jump. We just tested this and it is working properly for us.
