Hi John, many thanks for your answer but I am not a stupid person, fortunately :-) Have an IT and development background and know where to set up general chart update intervals and have mentioned in my previous post that I have set all correctly to 500 milliseconds on both charts with the same symbol. So please discuss it with your development team and ask them or even try to replicate the problem on your platforms... I can even share a video somewhere so you can have a look at exactly what I mean..but I am paying for the platform, scalping the markets, and need very accurate data. Thanks! David |
